Children and Youth

Classes include our toddler class for 2 and 3 year olds. This class uses A Sure Foundation where children hear foundational Bible stories and learn simple truths through repetition. They also begin learning simple Bible verses as their language skills expand.

The preschool class includes 4 and 5 year olds. This year they will finish their study of the New Testament and begin the Old Testament study. By the time they are ready to move into the next class they will be well grounded in the stories of the Bible and have a good idea of how God works in our lives in wonderful and mighty ways.

Our 6 and 7 year old class will be studying the ABC’s of God for the 2006-2007 year. This is a study on the greatness and worth of God based on His Attributes.

Our 8 and 9 year olds will be studying Faithful to All His Promises in 2006-2007. This will cover many of the specific promises of God and teach that God’s character is trustworthy, and His promises are true and reliable.

Our 10 and 11 year olds in 2006-2007 will be doing My Purpose Will Stand. This is a study on the providence of God. They will learn that God is continually involved with all created things. It will teach them to recognize God’s providence in their lives and to trust His good purposes for them.

Our 12 - 17 year olds meet together in one class and have been studying the life of Abraham.

Adults

There are two adult Sunday School classes. One meets in the Fellowship Hall and the other meets in the Fireside Room. Everybody is welcome; there is no criteria for attending either class.
